A. The easiest way to contact Strike Servers support is to use our website support system. Our support system is designed to help us better assist you with your concerns or issues in regards to your Strike Server. Click support on the top of the page and submit the form to our support staff. |

| Q. My clan needs a low lag server, what type of pings should I expect? |
A. Many people see ping times on our networks as low as 20ms. While we can't guarantee you a specific ping time due to the nature of the Internet, we can provide you with a game server that should be close as possible to a perfect ping. |

A. Not at this current time, but please try our live support to contact someone online. |

| Q. What happens when my server crashes ? |
In the unlikely event of a crash our servers are running utilities to minimize server downtime due to crashes. The utilities automatically reboot the server in the event of a crash. Strike Servers also provides STRIKEPANEL* which gives you the ability to control and reset the server. If further assistance is required then you may contact our support staff through IRC chat or through our support contact on our website. *not all games support STRIKEPANEL |

A. Monthly billing is one method to purchase a server, but you may wish to take advantage of the discounts Strike Servers offers if you prepay for your server. |

A.3% discount for 3 month prepay, save up to $13! 6% discount for 6 month prepay, save up to $55!! 10% discount for 1 year prepay, save up to $182!!! |

| Q. After I order a game server, how long before my server is running? |
A. Your Strike Server will be up within 24-48 hours of payment verification. |

| Q. Are there any sponsorship opportunities for clans? |
A. Sorry, we are not looking to sponsor and clans at this time, only leagues if available. |

| Q. Do the private servers perform differently than the public servers? |
A. Not at all, both public and private servers have the same bandwidth and hardware performance for great gaming. |

| Q. Why is there a price difference between the public and private servers? |
A. This all comes down to usage, since public serves are open to anyone on the Internet that owns the game. The sheer amount of bandwidth and system resources utilized by public servers requires us to take the costs considerations into the price. Private servers are used for private practice between clans and their close friends and are not open to the public, thereby utilizing less transfer amounts and system resources. |

| Q. Am I allowed any server name I want? |
A. If you purchase a server you have the freedom to appropriately name your server. Unlike other companies Strike Servers does not require any recognition in the server name although free advertising will not be discouraged. |

| Q. Do you guys have a setup fee? |
A. At this time we do no charge a setup fee for initial server setup. Please check our Specials for possible discounts and offerings. |

A. We accept payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. |

| Q. Am I allowed to install mods on my game server that are not pre-installed by request or default? |
A. You sure can, but please remember we won't be able to provide support for a user installed mod, please contact the author of the modfiication for help if you require it. We will provide Limited Support for mods we install upon ordering, but again its best to go to the mod authors directly. |

| Q. Am I allowed to use any boosters or bots on my server? |
A. No, we do no allow any boosters or bots on the servers in order to maintain the highest performance you get from your Strike Server. |
